Are you talking about giving Kofi the title?
Nope. I'm talking about this. ;)

Written by Richard Gray

MVP escorted Sherri Shepherd from The View to the Hoffman Estates High School prom over the weekend. Shepherd graduated from the school but never went to prom. MVP flew in from Mexico on Saturday and entered the prom to his theme music.

Kofi Kingston. Hopefully MVP turns heel again since he's a boring face.

William Regal for the US Title please. :P In doubt he'll win it so soon after Kofi won it, but you never know.

Shame there's no actual Divas matches on, Beth vs Melina last year was brilliant.

Hey, whatever happened to Gregory Helms, did he get released?

No, Helms got injured (again) and is now a backstage announcer for ECW.

WWE has re-hired Chris Masters! The signing was only recent (sometime in the last 5 days) and at the moment he's in development. But since he was in the main event scene in 2005-06 it shouldn't be long before his return to TV.

Not Chris Masters! Aargh, I hate him. -_-

The Masterlock was overrated. I can't see how it would hurt someone, or how no one was able to break out of it for over a year…

Extreme Rules is coming up. These are the people I want to win:

Batista- WWE Championship
Jeff Hard- World Heavyweight Championship
John Cena
Rey Mysterio- Keeps Intercontinental Chapionship
CM Punk

Big news day yesterday

WWE Cleaning House - Several Talent Cuts Made Thursday
By Daniel Pena

source: PWInsider.com

After numerous cuts from the main roster and office in the past year, World Wrestling Entertainment has finally started cleaning house on developmental.

Among those let go Thursday include second generation wrestler Dakota "Maverick" Darsow (son of former WWE wrestler Barry "Demolition Smash" Darsow) and Lupe Santiago, both previously stationed in Tampa for Florida Championship Wrestling.

Darsow, 21, scored a developmental contract with WWE last December despite possessing very limited wrestling experience, having started earlier in the year. He debuted under his real name before changing his ring name to "Maverick Darsow" and then once again to "Barry Allen." Darsow holds a victory over ECW star David Hart Smith, which he achieved this past March.

Lupe Santiago, whose real name is Lupe Viscara, fit the prototypical "WWE look" to a T — tall, muscular and young. He begun training for a career in professional wrestling at the Ohio Valley Wrestling school in the spring of 2006 and debuted approximately a year later. For Viscara, it was in the nick of time as he nabbed a developmental contract a few months later, just before WWE severed their official affiliation with Ohio Valley Wrestling. The last other wrestler signed out of the wrestling academy was Andrew Vain, another muscular wrestler who seemingly disappeared last year.

Soon after, Viscara transferred to Florida Championship Wrestling, where he had been stationed ever since. It would appear that his development was coming along slowly as after two years under contract to the company, he still had yet to work a single match in front of a WWE audience, which should be a pretty good indication that he was nowhere near ready to join the main roster. His personality had also come into question as quite like Maryse, he has the tremendous language barrier to overcome, thus hindering his promo ability.

It is believed that several other talent cuts in developmental were made Thursday, but names have yet to be confirmed. Stay tuned.

WWE Releases Another Wrestler

-- World Wrestling Entertainment has released developmental wrestler "Prime Cut" Jon Cutler, who had been under contract since last year.

WWE Cut Tied To Drug Policy Violation
By Daniel Pena

-- As reported earlier, World Wrestling Entertainment has parted ways with Dakota "Maverick" Darsow (son of former WWE wrestler Barry "Demolition Smash" Darsow), Lupe Santiago (tall, Hispanic bodybuilder looking wrestler) and "Prime Cut" Jon Cutler (Winnipeg native signed last year). All three individuals were informed of their termination from the company by WWE Executive Vice President of Talent Relations John Laurinaitis prior to last night's Florida Championship Wrestling television taping in Tampa.

In an update, the word is that one of the wrestlers was let go as a result of a Wellness Policy violation, reports The Sun. The wrestler in question was set to be suspended, but Laurinaitis decided to let him go altogether. Additional details are still being investigated.

Furthermore, more releases are expected to be confirmed, so stay tuned.

Very interesting post, I wonder if we'll see those guys soon on Smackdown, Raw or ECW.

The Masterlock was overrated. I can't see how it would hurt someone, or how no one was able to break out of it for over a year…

It supposedly cut off circulation to the head, brain area thus weakening the opponent. That's why they would flop down to the ground when they were let go.

Hmm, no I see why it was his finisher.

Question, have any of you guys ever used a submission move on your friends or siblings?

I just got into the wwe like five months ago and my favorite two on it are Edge/Rey Mysterio. Jeff Hardy is also cool but may I ask a question.

Was Mr Kennedy released? He came back one episode and then my friend said he was released. I was hoping to see more of him but I did not.

BATISTA WON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!

I'm still kind of dissapointed with Kofi retaining the US Title because I wanted MVP to win.

Do you guys think that CM Punk will turn heel after what he did yesterday?

What I thought of Extreme Rules
-------------------------------

Batista vs Orton - I am very glad with Batista's victory over Randy Orton because someone really needs to shut that guy up.

Rey Mysterio vs Chris J. - Ehh, I really wanted Mysterio to win but I guess I can't change the fact now.

Umaga vs Cm Punk - Very glad with the results because I don't really like Umaga.

John Cena vs Big Show - Even though I am not the biggest Cena fan, John Cena's victory over The Big Show made me very joyed because The Big Show is annoying.

Edge vs Jeff Hardy - I really didn't care who won this one but when Cm Punk came and defeated Jeff Hardy for the title, that made me a bit mad.

There were other matches, but those were my favorite ones.
