PROBLEM INSTALLING TCGO

    So I installed it a while ago and unistalled it.Now that I'm trying to install it again it shows me something with property.user_property not found on the installer.I saw a post that said I must repair the program but the installer can't be repaired as it's not a program of the computer.Can anyone help me??/

    Go download the Installer for the program if you haven't already, run it, select Remove, then let us know how it goes.
     
    It doesn's show me an unistall option i just open the installer and then it shows me that message.When i close this message it only lets me download it but when it goes to 100% it shows me that message again but when i close it it says that tcgo ender unexpectetly so it ended the download

    You probably need to download the installer again.

    So you've already done the below?

    1. Go to your Control panel and chose to delete programs.
    2. When in there find the game
    3. Right-click on it and chose "change".
    4. Then chose to remove the game. It will delete everything right away.






    You'll need to do this next:

    Go to the directory where the game was installed (even if it wasn't "installed"). The default directory is C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData.

    The game stores files in the LocalLow and Roaming folders. Go into the LocalLow folder and delete the "The Pok_mon Company International" folder. Go into the Roaming folder and delete the "Pokemon Trading Card Game Online" folder.

    Empty your Recycle Bin.




    Also, what site did you get the installer from?
