3rd Gen Problem with Pokemon League

    The pokemon league don't let me going in and fight them after the first time.
    In the PC where it is surpose to show the pokemon that won the pokemon league don't show anything. The guy in front of the cave where Mewtwo is say I did not finish the league yet. I didn't finish the pokemon league with 60 or more pokemons is that the reason?:7:
     
    Okay, what you have to do is get 60 pokemon, talk to prof oak and then you get the national dex. Now you can go to islands 4-7 by talking to a guy in the 1st islands PC
    Then you have to get the ruby and sapphire plate( Im too lazy to say how to get them). After you fix the machine you can go to Cave where Mewtwo is and fight the E4.

    Note: When you fight the e4 after you fix the machine they will have pokemon for lvl 60 to lvl 75 so make sure you train.
