3rd Gen problem with pokemon pc help please!!

    hey everyone
    i have a problem in pokemon fire red
    after i got to bill in cerulean city im not able to use the pokemon pc everywhere it says:pokemon services arent available
    is that normal?
    and when am i able to use the pokemon pc im now in celadon city
    any help would be appreciated

    nah that's never happened to me before.are you playing a rom or the real version.
     
    the emulated version
    at the beginning of the game i used a gameshark code maybe thats it
    but im not sure
    the code was to get infinite masterballs in slot 1 in pc
     
    yeah thats probobly it.maybe if you dont use gameshark codes it might work.
     
    maybe its just i deleted the codes right after i putted in the codes but i will try starting again without the codes
