3rd Gen problem

i played and won pokemon saphire when it first came out ages ago, and since that time played countless games, and i have forgotten how to beat it, my brother bought a pokemon emerld version today and asked me for help because him being a mindless baffon didnt read what the people said... he just beat the team magma boss on the mountain to obtain the meteorite, please tell me what to do next because i have to admit i forgot and hes been bugging me the whole day. plz plz plz help, ty soo much.

You cannon't get Deoxys from Colliseum (sp), you can only get it by getting a certian item from a Nentendo event.
