where do u get the national pokedex

you need the Ruby and Sapphire Plates, to link to R/S/E,if your Firered has any pokemon not in the original 151 than that goes for it too.

You need to get the national pokedex and gain the ability to trade with emerald etc

um and u not able to trade hoenn pkm from FireR to ur LeafG if don't have national dex like clounds said
