During a cloning process in G/S, your PKMN may get deleted. A note on doing so, don't try cloning strong PKMN or clone PKMN holding really rare items unless you are willing to loose them.

Once I gave my Ho-oh (from my first save file on silver) a masterball (my only one) and went to clone it. When I turned my game back on; "No Ho-ohs!/ No Masterballs!"

Eh? Tch, never happened ta me... an' I've done 50 o' those clonin' shutdown/resets too... tch, I guess ya got bad timing, I shut mine down 'bout 0.4 seconds after tha savin' message is done showin' on my screen. ^^;;

Well, I only cloned a few times.
After I read, that you could lose some data when doing this, I stopped it.

It's never happend to me either. There is no way to delete your pok?mon by cloning. It only happens through trading cable. Please do not double post either, thanks!
