Problems with putting Mystery Gift files online

I used the Mystery Gift at first and got the possible example Victini

So then I tried to make my own; I made one, exported to MysteryGift / MysteryGiftMaster, and uploaded it to my MediaFire

I toggled it to what I think is online [X], tried to receive it from the Continue screen, nothing was detected

I think there is more to this than what I think, I'd like an explanation

I have one little problem with mystery gift.
I putted the content of the master file online on pastebin. It shows me that there is a gift online but then following error appears:

How would uploading it to Pastebin work, I'm confused

You need to use the raw pastebin page, not the page with the interface. The raw page will display only the text.
