Issue: Profile Privacy problem

I'm not sure how long I've had this problem, but I should've notified it sooner. So, I have a problem with my profile privacy (I think) it doesn't let people on my contact list or any guests see my Visitor messages, but I have my settings set to this:

But, when I sign out to check my Visitor messages, like, whether they show or not. The tab with them on, doesn't show. At all. See?

Then somewhere towards the bottom of messages & notifications (second area down), you'll see visitor messaging, then "enable visitor messaging". If that isn't ticked, then what's in that screenshot occurs. :x

Nevermind I can't read, though what I said still applies for people who on normal mode can't see their profile :x Apparently guest mode on profiles is now disabled though, so...

Tried that and it doesn't work still.. , but thanks for the help!

I've had that a few times with other tabs (the about-me tab, mainly). With me it solely had to do with profile customization. I noticed that if I'd widen the padding, that tab would just disappear. I see that you've got your profile customized, so maybe you're having the same problem as I did. I know it had to do with this because when I changed it back, it appeared again. Probably just a small bug, but I thought it was worth mentioning, it might help you out.
