[Tool] Program Problems

    So lately, I'v been trying to make ROM hacks.

    It's not working well because the only programs that actually run smoothly on my computer are XSE and A-Map.

    And before you ask, I have Windows 7.

    I don't know if I download programs from the wrong place or the wrong time, but I need some help with obtaining programs.

    Can you send screenshots of the error messages?
     
    When I open Overworld Editor Rebirth Edition and load a ROM it says:

    Error 9 (SubScript out of range) in procedure LoadSpriteStructure of frmOverworldEditor

    And when I do anything there it says:

    Error 63 (Bad record number) in procedure LoadSpriteStructure of frmOverworldEditor
