I assume you mean Animated gif's. I use this program, because it's simple, and free.

If you just want regular gif images, and don't have anything that saves them as that, try this.

i have it already that program but can you give my a program that makes gif images cause i have a program but look to the image it has not high quality

ReaConverter doesn't do that. I'm not sure exactly what you did :\ It isn't UnFREEz that's doing it, either. You have to save them as PNG then convert them.

Download ReaGIF2. It's only a 30 day trial, but it's longer than the other one.

Try GIMP. It's free and has many similar features that photoshop does.
