As we all know, in the main series games that Entei, Raikou, and suicune appear in, when encountering them in the wild, unless you use mean look or catch them with a master ball, they will run away before you get a chance to attack.

I have a question regarding this. In Pokemon Essentials, do these pokemon behave the same way? do they run away when you encounter them in the wild, or can you take your time with them like any other pokemon encountered in the wild?

I'm in the process of making my own pokemon game, and i want to make sure i'm not dealing with legendaries that will run away in the first turn. Since in my game at least some of the legendaries you only get one chance to catch them, and your done if you miss. Thank you for your time.
