OOC: Yay! More RPers actually...uh...RPing here! ^_^

That night Teioh had a confusing dream, he was running through a grassy, sunlit, meadow, on all fours for some reason, with a soft breeze caressing his...fur? It felt odd, but all the wonderfull scents of summer that surrounded him quickly made Teioh forget about such trivial matters. He ran as fast as his feet could carry him until the grass around him suddenly grew shorter, finally ending in a river. Something about this river, the very manner in which the sunlight reflected from he crystal clear water, made Teioh vince and turn his gaze up, only to find himself looking into the eyes of another person, one that was identical to him with the exception of his, strangely familiar, clear blue eyes and the rebellious stripe of light purple in his otherwise black hair.
"Who are you?" Teioh tried to ask, but no words came out of his mouth. The other boy gestured meaningfully down at the river just by his feet, clearly instructing Teioh to look into it.

Doing so Teioh saw a face he had long admired, the face of an Espeon, with the boys eyes, Teioh's own eyes staring back at him, a faint smile crossed over the Pok?mon's face.

Teioh returned to the waking world on a stone cold floor, covered in cold sweat, with a strange feeling that he was wearing a fur coat. Stupid dreams, he thought for himself as his memories slowly seeped back into his mind those siamese freaks must have drugged the water.
Better check if I'm still in one piece...legs? His legs obediently made a few haphazard motions, check, arms?, although they somehow seemed to have lost some of their original mobility, particularly on the fingers' part, Teioh's arms seemed to move just fine so he consider them clear. Tail? the named appendage happily wagged back and forth Check. Hang on...tail?. Teioh quickly got up on his feet which, he was horrified to discover, were a good deal shorter. Teioh turned his head around slowly, allowing his eyes to adjust to the dim lighting, until he came face to face with his newfound appendage. {Whoa!} Teioh jumped backwards in astonishment, only to find that he instinctively regained his balance with all fours. Noticing something that looked like a large bowl of water in one of the corners Teioh went to check his reflection wishing, against all reason, that he was somehow mistaken, that this was still a part of his dream. As tends to be the case with such wishes, it wasn't granted. Teioh's gaze was once again met by an Espeon, although it wore a far more disturbed expression than previously.
{New one are you?} came a calm voice from a shaded corner. As Teioh turned towards it he was surprised to see a Rattata, an old one with foggy eyes, matted fur, and a limp hind leg slowly making its way towards him.
{New what?}
{New Pok?mon of course.} the Rattata stated matter-of-factly {You know, you might be more of a conversationalist than your friend over there...} the little creature gestured towards a particularly vacant looking Slowbro, whom Teioh surmised was Biggs {...but you don't seem to be much brighter.}
{There's no need to be rude.} Teioh muttered, being in no mood for an argument, he walked over to the Slowbro, {Biggs! It's me, Teioh! Remember?}
The creature slowly turned its head towards him {Ttttteeeeiiiiioooohhhh?} it rumbled with extreme effort, its big brow furrowed in a vain attempt to remember.
{Like I said, he's not excactly the life of the party. This far, the only other thing I've been able to squeeze out of him is 'Biggs wants'.} The Rattata stated.
{What happened to him?} Teioh, asked turning to face the old creature.
{It's the Slowbro DNA.} he said looking at Biggs with what Teioh guessed was pity {They really live up to their name, Slowbros.}
{I see...} Teioh said, slightly crestfallen. {By the way} he said, suddenly realizing that he didn't even know what to call the person he was probably bound to spend a good deal of his life with {I'm Teioh. What's your name?}
{Limpy} the Rattata said gesturing at its limp leg {At a time I was probably called something else, but Limpy is the name I remember.}
{At a time? How long have you been here anyway?}
{Bout' four years I recon', I've been putting in a scratch in the wall every day. Cept' I ran out of wall a while back, so give or take a year, eh? My fur wasn't always this colour.}
{How did you-}
{My own fault I suppose.} Limpy said scratching his head absent-mindedly {I was loitering around the factory grounds, looking for Rattata, my favourite Pok?mon you see, when a couple of those LG men came and offered me a drink.}
Teioh rolled his eyes {And you weren't even a little bit suspicious?}
{Of course I was!} Limpy snapped {But I figured it would be more beneficial to play along. You probably though as much considering that you're here.}
{Well...}
{Anyway, I woke up here with two other folks and this.} he brought up his leg for inspection.
{What happened to the others?}
{Sold} Limpy said briefly {At an exorbiant price, no doubt, while I was simply left behind, forgotten but fed. I still can't decide wether I am lucky or unlucky to have turned into a common-as-dirt Pok?mon.}
{They're selling people?} Teioh asked, horrified {Don't the customers get a little bit suspicious?}
{No} Limpy replied bluntly {Most of the subjects just can't seem to comprehend their sudden change and either go vegetable or berserk. Four odd years detained here with only a bunch of deadbeats and psychopaths for company, is this hell or what?}
{Then why are you and I-}
{Different? Dunno.} Limpy confessed {Maybe we were still capable of adapting because we were exposed to it at a young age, or perhaps there was something exceptional in our drinks.}
{Young?} Teioh eyed the Rattata sceptically.
{Rattatas age fast} Limpy retorted {And I suspect there was something fishy about the 'water' they gave me, I was still a teenager when I was caught.}
{So what do we do then?}
{You're a psychic type. Can't you use your powers to tear the door of its hinges or something?}

It sounded like it was worth a try. Teioh turned towards the door, closed his eyes, and tried to concentrate (That was how he imagined psychic powers worked)

{Is it moving?} he asked after a few minutes of concentration.
{Not a bit. Some Espeon you are...}
{Give me a break} Teioh groaned {I'm new at this.}

Come on, he thought, gritting his teeth and staring furiously at the wall, Out of my way!. Suddenly he felt his forehead throbbing, he was vaguely aware of Limpy telling him something, maybe telling Teioh to keep it up? Or to give it up? It didn't matter. The only thing that mattered was the door standing between him and freedom and its imminent and eternal banishment to whatever place bad doors go to when they cease to exist.

*CLANG!*

The sound of the thick metal giving in snapped Teioh out of his trance. The door was still standing, but there was now a signifcant dent in it, as if somebody had struck it with a small battering ram, Biggs was still completely oblivious to the events and was inspecting the shellder on his tail.

Limpy looked at Teioh, eyes gleaming with excitement, {Do that again.}

OOC: Ah, sorry. ^^;; It's her house. The guy barged in.

IC: Rikku grinned. Now this is more like it, she thought. "Sounds good to me," she said. "You can choose first." The LG worker looked slightly triumphant. "You'll regret it," he warned. He pulled out a Pokeball and released a Croconaw-a powerful adversary, but with the correct strategy and right type of Pokemon, it could easily be overthrown. "Ya got it," Rikku said. She delicately plucked a ball off her belt, then threw it rather forcefully. An angry-looking Pikachu stood in front of the water lizard.

"Croconaw! Use Headbutt!" the man yelled. The crocodile took two steps back, then ran and flung himself at Pikachu. The mouse was knocked down, but quickly got its head together and stood.

"Pikachu, Double Team," Rikku commanded. Unlike the LG worker, she didn't yell. She was firm, but kind. Pikachu created superficial copies of itself and surrounded Croconaw. The crocodile became disoriented and shot little spurts of water at the copies.

"Now, thundershock!" Rikku said. The Croconaw dodged the original blast, but got hit with the subsequent attack. Now that the true Pikachu had revealed itself, Croconaw hit it with a steady stream of water. Even though Pikachu had been knocked down, the crocodile continued the assault.

"Pikachu, use your thundershock," Rikku said. Pikachu charged its body with electricity, and released. The shock travelled up the stream of water and electrified Croconaw. The LG worker snarled and called back the Croconaw.

Rikku grinned and returned Pikachu. "Still wanna take me on?" she taunted, laughing. She pushed her way past the man and walked out the door.

Mara
-------------

"What?!" shouted Mara as she held the blue phone reciever to the Pokemon Center's videophone to her ear. Her pokemon Growlithe came up behind her as it dragged a bowl of dry kibble food with him using his mouth.

He looked up with a puzzled expression. "Growll?" he asked, unsure of why his trainer was freaking out.

"It's Cassie! She says that she can't have me stay over because her parents are having a fight and she doesn't even dare ask them anything tonight!" Mara said angrily, "Of course, they have to fight tonight!"

Growlithe shook his head slowly; he knew that Mara didn't like staying at Pokemon Centers ever since the one night she did stay at them and a strange man approached her and forced her into a pokemon battle she didn't want to do. He had just been looking for a young trainer to pick on and completely destroy so that he felt like he was tough stuff. Growlithe placed his head on Mara's leg to comfort her. He figured that such men only came around once in a while, and that Mara should be wary of her surroundings, but not scared.

"Yeah, thanks... I guess; bye," she said to her friend on the other side of the phone line, and then she slowly hung up the phone and continued to stare at it.

"Growlit grow?" asked Growlithe asked Mara, nuddging her. This is what he did when he wanted Squirtle to come out. Mara complied, and within a few seconds, a small Squirtle stood looking happily at her two friends.

"Squir!" she said, waving hello to them. Her eyes were an odd light purple color, an eyecolor that Mara had never seen another Squirtle posses. Mara and Growlithe had gotten used to it now though.

The young teen suddenly found herself having to cope with staying somewhere she hadn't been planning on staying. She nervously looked around the center, wondering if she could become friends with any of these people. She also noticed two men over in the corner of the lobby talking closely with each other. They seemed a bit suspicious; and Mara didn't like this at all.

Growlithe sensed her fear, and it was making him nervous as well. He began to whine a bit, and in doing so attracted the attention of the two men. They looked over to Mara, a the girl felt a chill go up her spine.

She peered quickly over to Squirtle, "Squirt, come here!" she said urgently, holding out her arms. Squirtle jumped up into her arms, and Growlithe moved to be in front of them.

He wouldn't let any guy intimidate Mara again.

(OOC: Thank you!)

The LG worker grabbed Rikku firmly by the shoulder and yanked her back a few feet very firmly, somewhat out of annoyance, somewhat out of anger. He still maintained his firm grip as he bought the direction of her eyes' gaze to meet his, though he had night black sunglasses on, which he lowered with his free hand and bent down to overtower her, so that he stood eye-to-eye with Rikku. His eyes were a chilling, piercing ice blue, and no light glimmered in them, sand hids expression a stony frown.

He had a point to get across to her; she wasn't going anywhere...

"Oh, I'm not going to take you on again, Rikku..." He said, a crooked, wicked-looking smile slowly crossing his face."But you can't leave this place, either."

=============

seth entered thepokemon center and went up to the front desk.

"May I help you, sir?" The nurse on the other side of the counter said warmly.

"Yes," He replied, un-clipping his pokeballs from his belt, then placng them on the front desk. "Can I have these three pokemon revitalized please, Ma'am? I just came out as victor in another battle against another trainer, and I'm sure they'd appreciate it."

"Sure!" The nurse replied, taking the balls an placing them into a Pokecheck machine. She checked the pokemon inside and then the trainer ID number. She does this through the machine and pokeball. Pokeballs record the status information of pokemon and list the ID number f the trainer who bought them. You know, just to make sure they weren't stolen or anything. If it were from a trade, the ID would have a blue number.

"Official ID card, please?"

Seth went to reach for the card in his right jacket pocket, and- Huh??? Where is it??? Hre felt around a little more, only to feel nothing but more and more pocket. Not good.

(Hmm... Now, what could've happened to it...? Mmmm... Mmmm...!)

The next thought he had hit him like a ton of bricks. Oh no, what if he had dropped while fleeing from that LG goon in Silverdust City? tht means... They may know who he is now! Crap! That card has things like his DOB, Full Name, Age, Trainer Status,(pokemon league-registered trainer or breeder, to registered pokemon nurse, to government services(such as police. Thery are excempt from certain regulations), to civilian worker, to pokemone caretaker, to gym leader, to Elite four, and then, Regional champion, national league, national champion, international league competitor, and finally, global champion) Hometown and trainer ID number listed on there!

"Aww no, I can't find it!" He said.

"No worries," The nurse said with a small smile and a nod."We can make you a replacement with a new ID number(prevents idetity theft, which is a crime), free of charge! But first, what is your old number?"

Phew! Seth was relieved."24678, ma'am."

She punched it in, hit search, then sure enough, came up Seth Wayes on the monitor.

"Ah, so your first name is Seth! Sounds cute! You look handsome, too!"

Seth blushed and a beam of sweat ran down his brow."Hehehe... Thanks, ma'am!" He said nervously.

"Okay, I'm sending for your new ID number now... Thry need a picture of you, so would you be so kind as to stand in frot of the monitor and smile?"

"Sure!" seth replied. The camera took his picture.

"Any template preference? " The nurse asked?

"Yes, can I have the "below the lake surface" template?(It shows various "freshwater" pokemon[like Goldeen] swimming amongst the foliage in separt lake, the sun lighting the area up and making the water appear blue on the card background)"

"Certainly!"

The new card printed out. Seth's new trainer ID number was now 18443.

Now please, havee a eat over in the mess hall and eat something while I bring your pokemon back into shape. They'll be brought back to you as soon as I'm finished."

"Thank you ma'am, I think I will!" Seth replied as he pocketed his new ID and began to walk back to the lobby, when a girl and a Growlithe walked in.

"Where's the phone?" She asked, despite the fact that her pokemon looked a bit hungry.

"In the mess hall, whrere I'm heading." Seth said, pointing to a sign at the lobby entrance

He walked into the mess hall and ordered a meal of fried fish n' chips, then he tok the tray and sat down at a vacant windowside table suite. After the pokemon dragged it away and the girl hung up, she seemed... scared. a squirtle started acting frantically, but she soon called it to her, and then scooped it up in her arm. the growlithe move n front of her, growling at tw men, two familiar men... Gah, it is them! He hoped they didn't recognize him... One of the siamese-like men began talking.

"My, little girl, what an interesting squirtle you have!"

"Mind if we... See it? Pretty please? We'll give you candy!"

Seh frowned and stood up. He tapped on the on the shoulder. When the man turned, he didn't recognize who it was. Neither his companion.

'"Is there a problem here, gentlemen...?" He asked, raising an eyebrow, his expression sincere.

The men stared, and began grumbling to themselves before responding.

"No..." One answered through gritted teeth...

"Not at all..." The other said in a likened manner.

They walked out of the center and Seth turned to look at Mara.

"Well hello again," He said with a smile."You in need of company and food? why not have a seat with me and chowdown then? I'll pay for it! Oh sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Seth, Seth Wayes, a pokemon trainer. Nice to meet you!"

{Come on now! We're almost there!}

Panting from exhaustion, Teioh took a step back from the door to admire his handiwork. His first successfull Psybeam must have caught the door at a vulnerable spot since the ones following it were not nearly as efficient. On the plus side, Teioh told himself, he had gained a measure of control of his new abilities, his forehead no longer throbbed as insuferably when performing the and the dizziness that previously followed was gone.

During the course of the last half hour Teioh, under excited encouragement from Limpy, had been slowly battering the heavy steel door that separated their cage from the rest of the facility and the thing seemed to be hanging on to its last hinge.

Just as he was bout to give the door a coup-de-grace, Teioh came to think of something: Biggs. He was still spacing out in the corner.
{Limpy, what should we do with-?}
Limpy heaved a heavy sigh {Leave him.}
{But-}
{Look} Limpy said, cutting of Teioh in mid-sentence {I've seen his type, taking that guy along won't do him any good. I mean, look at him.} Limpy pointed at Biggs who had decided that this was a suitable time for a nap {He barely knows how to find his way to the food bowl, let alone out of a guarded compound. And even if we somehow managed to drag him out in our wake who would take care of him? And what if we get caught?}
{I-}
{The best we can do for him is to leave him here and hope that we cam get some help from outisde, or that he at least gets sold to a good home. Now come on, let's go before someone is dispatched to find out where all this racket is coming from.}

Distasteful though the decision was, Teioh realized that Limpy was right, dragging Biggs' immobile mass about would not be beneficial for anyone, least of all Biggs himself who would probably be punished for his 'insubordination'. With a last murmured goodbye to the stranger, whom he had already come to think of as a friend, Teioh turned around and released one last blast of energy on the door.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

As Teioh stepped out of the dank cell (Which turned out to be a large cage) and into the corridor with Limpy seated on his back he noticed why there had been no alarm: on a small chair opposite the, now broken, door a solitary guard in LG uniform sat, legs sprawled, and head slouched on his left shoulder with an empty liquor bottle loosely clasped in one hand and a small river of drool running down his chin. He merely grunted a little as the duo passed mumbling "Just a few more minutes mommy..." before retracting to whatever childhood remembarnce he was currently experiencing.

Despite this stroke of luck escaping turned out to be more difficult than Teioh had envisioned it. The only window of the corridor bore a set of sturdy bars and was, to top it all, located five floors above ground level. Both ends of the corridor were blocked by doors similar to the one that Teioh had just broken that required some kind of access card to be opened.

{So what now?} Teioh asked in exasperation. The sun was already rising behind the window bars and the whole facility would soon be at full pace, making escape a practical impossibility.
{Hang on} Limpy said, {That guy probably has one} Limpy scurried of to the guard and started climbing up his pant leg with surprising agility for one with only three limbs at his disposal.
{Careful!} Teioh hissed as he saw the guard vince in his sleep when Limpy dropped down into his left pocket.
{Just give me a moment} Limpy replied rummaging in the pocket.
Suddenly the guard snorted opening one of his bloodshot eyes a bit,

"Eh? Whossh there? Youssshe mussht be eye-dent-ih-fide"

Hoping that the transformation hadn't destroyed his immitation abilities Teioh acted as fast as he could

"Meeow?"

The guard grumbled for a moment, processing this information, then his face regained its previous calm "I shee, good nightsh, kitty."
{Found it!} Limpy whispered triumphantly dropping back onto Teioh's back with the crucial piece of plastic firmly clasped in his front paws. Teioh hurried to the nearer one of the two doors as quitely as he could manage, but to his misfortune the lock gave away a painfully loud 'beep' as the card slid in causing the guard to move once more, this time wearing a suspicious expression:

"Hangsh on. I don't have no kitty."

{Our cover's blown} Limpy whispered anxiously, {Run for it!}

"Hey! Schtop!"

With the door opened Teioh darted down what seemed like an endless maze of corridors and staircases (although they were thankfully devoid of similar doors), tackling the occassional startled guard on the way until they finally reached what seemed like an exit, which it was. An exit to the roof.

{Bloody hell} Limpy muttered {I thought we were heading down?}
{So did I} Teioh replied.

From their lofty vantage point the two observed the guards gathering on their various posts in the hopes of discovering some kind of weak point or blind spot. Suddenly, one of the guards cried out and pointed towards the place were Teioh and Limpy were standing like a pair of bullseyes.

Trapped Teioh scanned the premises desperately. Upon closer inspection the compound was not the solid, grey mass of concrete that it had first appeared to be, but seemed to be a collection of differently sized structures clumsily fused together, they were presently standing on the top of a fairly medium sized one, near the center of the field, the different leves were fairly close to each other, and they seemed to be arranged in a descending order of height from the wall...

{Teioh} Limpy said weakly, {What's with the insane look?}

"Seize them"

A patrol had finally found its way to the section where Teioh and Limpy were, Houndors in tow. Teioh felt a familiar sensation come over him, the same as when he first used his powers, a primeval instinct that seemed to override all logical thinking.

With this mindset Teioh closed his eyes, took his chances and leapt for the nearest rooftop landed, and leapt again, landed and leapt pulse racing with only one thought in mind escape. There was only one obstacle between him and his goal now, the wall. Teioh took some distance once more and sprang, relieved when his frontpaws made contact with the rough concrete. H?s joy was short-lived however.

"Sic im' Houndor!"

In his extatic state Teioh hadn't noticed a solitary handler and his creature taking up a position by the wall. Which was why he now found himself dangling precariously by his front paws with an excessive amount of Houndor latched to his leg, unable to muster the strength to pull them both up.

{I guess this is it.} Limpy said forlornly
{What do you mean? Limpy, you can't seriously be considering-}
{Don't get all emotional on me, Teioh} Limpy yelled {Just run!}

With that, the little creature relased its grip, falling teeth first on the startled Houndor, causing it to release its grip with a pained yelp. With the last of his strength Teioh pulled himself up on the wall and slipped down to the other side.

OOC: Ugh, was this just a little bit corny? :disappoin
Btw, Deadly Aim, I just read your part (submitted while I was writing presumably) The siamese LGs return, yay! :D

OOC:Eh, you mean mine? It's early, the next morning after the point where my section started. Hope that was a bit clearer than mud... :cheeky:

OOC: I'm behind in starting so have I missed anything or is it just intros?

OOC:Let's see, one character passed out in a desert, another one locked in a quarrel with an LG operative, one captured, turned into an Espeon and consequently fled, made two new friends of which one is now a Slowbro and the other deceased. The remaining two (of which one has been denied her promised shelter at a friend's house and the other is an eye-witness hunted by the LG corporation who just beat the snot out of another trainer's pok?mon in battle) shamelessly gobbling up food in a Pok?mon Center's messhall while everybody else is having a lousy time. Yup, I'd say you've missed something. Glad to see you didn't just drop out, though.

OOC: :confused: Uh yeah ok. Well, I have no idea how and where to start out at this point. I hate missing the start of RPs. It takes a while to catch up and can just get you behind. Oh well. I skimmed over all the other posts so I'll do my best. If all else fails I'll simply leave the RP. IC post coming soon.

Rikku yanked her shoulder away. She had to admit, his expressionless eyes creeped her out, but she'd never let on. She spat on his foot. "What do ya want with me anyway?" she asked out of annoyance.

OOC: You know Alana, it probably wouldn't be too hard. I mean, the only ones of us that have even met up yet are my character Mara and Seth. Anyway, I'd better get to my post!!

Mara
--------------

"Well hello again," a boy that Mara had seen earlier in the lobby said to her, "You in need of company and food? Why not have a seat with me and chowdown then? I'll pay for it! Oh sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. I'm Seth, Seth Wayes, a pokemon trainer. Nice to meet you!"

Growlithe looked this guy over with a strained expression. After the other two guys that wanted Squirtle, he wasn't about to just assume that this guy was any better. But hey, that's what Growlithe were for-- protection.

"Um," Mara said nervously, "Hi. My name's Mara, Mara Kilpatrick."

She paused as she considered what had just happened.

"Hey, what just happened there? Did you know those guys? Why did they want my Squirtle? Are Squirtle really rare or something?" she asked urgently, wanting to know what all this was about. It scared her not to know, and if Seth knew anything, then it might help her feel a bit better.

With being asked so many questions, Seth re-suggested that they sit down for some food, and while Mara and Growlithe had no objections to it, Growlithe continued to watch the boy cautiously.

Although, as they sat down for a bit, Mara figured that she could trust him a bit considering he scared off those two creepy guys.

"You see," Mara explained before going back into her questions, "I was supposed to stay at a friend's place, but it's just my luck her parents are fighting and she doesn't want me over. Anyway, then those creepy guys saw me and wanted Squirtle. I don't know why they would want her; she's just a plain old Squirtle." She bit down on a the hamburger she had ordered.

"Hm... this thing doesn't look like it did in the pictures," she said, eyeing the burger.

Squirtle was eating a small bit of Growlithe's kibble, and looking around curiously with her large purple eyes. When she dropped a piece of food, Growlithe picked it up and gave it back to her.

"So, what about you?" Mara asked, putting her burger down and trying some of the fries in front of her, though they looked as questionable as the burger, "Did you know those guys? And who are they?"

"Did you know those guys? And who are they?"

Seth paused as he hesitated slightly. How was he going to respond to that without endangering her? Or, for that matter, himself?

"I... Know them, but I have no clue who they are." He said.

Just as he was going to say dsomething else, the nurse came up with his pokeballs on a metal cart.

"Your pokemon, sir." The nurse said, smiling and nodding her head.

"Ah, thank you!" He replied as he recollected his pokemon.

"Come on out, guys! Chow time!" he said realeased them from their pokeballs. A waiter came by and dropped a slightly large bowl of pokemon food.

Totodile saw Growlithe watching Seth alertedly,

{Hey, you! Yeah, you there!} It said, which sounded like "Toto, Totodile" to Seth and Mara.{Don't worry, Seth's not gonna hurt her, you can relax!} That sounded like,"Totodi to, toto totodile dile-dile!"

Seth looked down and chuckled.

"Heh, I wonder what they're saying..." He said.

OOC: Are you still controlling the LG worker?

(OOC: Yes. Forgot about him...)

The man grimaced as he saw her spit on his rather expensive $2,500.00 shoes.

"Because..." He said icily and snapped his fingers.

"You are what we want, Rikku. Gentlemen, you know what to do..."

Four shinobi guards suddenly appeared around Rikku and grabbed her, the one to her back putting a cloth saturated with chemical vapors over her mouth to knock her out and prerbvent her from screaming as they tired her up, took away her pokeballs, and chucked her in the back of a van before hopping into the psassenger seat and inconspicuously driving off to LG HQ. For you see...

Another client has called...

OOC: 'Tis ok.

IC: Rikku felt the guards grab her.

"Ah-hey! Wha-?" she protested.

She felt the cloth on her mouth. Her eyelids felt full of lead as they slowly closed. She felt her brain shut off and then there was nothing.

Mara
----------

Seth's Totodile was discussing something important with Growlithe; probably to do with the way Growlithe had been acting toward his trainer.

Growlithe raised an eyebrow, {You may be right, but I'd prefer to determine whether or not he's trustworthy for myself.} Mara couldn't understand what her pokemon was saying, but she had a pretty good idea.

"I'm sorry about him, he's just a little overprotective," Mara said with a chuckle, "But hey, at least I know he cares about me! Growlithe, come on, loosen up a bit."

Growlithe looked away, he obviously wasn't going to listen.

Squirtle hopped down to stand next to Totodile. {Hi there! I'm sorry about Growlithe. I don't think you guys are bad at all!} she said to the blue crocodile, smiling at him.

"At least Squirt there seems friendly," Mara said to Seth, smiling. She continued to eat the rest of her fries, and actually felt a bit comfortable for a moment.

Mara sighed, "Let's just hope that those guys don't have any friends that want us, Squirt, or anything else. I mean, honestly, I never saw anyone like this when I lived in Intertwine City!"

Seth closed his eyes as he replied. His brow slightly rippled with worry.

"Ihave a feeling tht's exactly what they're after. Mara, I rthink it might be a good idea to hang together for the time being. Besides, I have a feeling that wasn't the last we'll see those two again..."

3. Mudkip-Myst: Now, truthfully, Myst was not the third Pokemon Lati Captured, but he was ther first she caught in Hoenn, she has travel with her normal team of all Kanto Pokemon, before she traveled to Hoenn She now trains Hoenn Pokemon as well though.

OOC: Alana, I definitely agree with Light Azumarill, just start out as you would have otherwise and we can sort out any loose ends later. I still think you'll be able to contribute much. Besides, dropping out is no fun.

For the first time in what he considered an inifinity Teioh awoke embedded in soft fabrics. Maybe, he thought Maybe it was just a crazy dream after all. But the ache in the deep bitemarks on his left hind leg soon set him straight, Gonna have to see to those soon he added as a mental note to himself. {Darn} Teioh muttered, this was the real world and he might as well get used to it. Climbing out from the warm fabrics that had wrapped themselves tightly around him while he twisted around in deep sleep, Teioh gracefully slipped down on the white tiled floor of a well lit storage room, stretching his aching joints as best he could. The last memory he had was when he sought a hiding place in one of the containers stacked by the building opposite of the compound (Later identified as the "Squeaky Dry Cleaners"), he must have dosed of.

Checking out the tag on the nearby supply crates Teioh heaved a sigh of relief, written with a plain but clear font were the words "Property of Balautenos City Pok?mon Center", he was in safety for the time being. However, with the relief came the painfully obvious revelation that he hadn't had anything to eat for the last two days. First things first. Teioh thought for himself, slipping out through the door (Which had been left slightly ajar by a careless employee).
