PSL's shiny/event thread

I have a shiny chimchar with thunder punch and fire punch, what is the moveset on the modest umbreon and on the adamant beldum i'm interested in either or but mostly the beldum
 
does any one have
Riolu- Modist or timid 31 iv's in SPatk and DEF w/ vaccum wave
Duskull- careful 31 iv's in hp and def and spdef w/pain split( egg move)
chimchar- naive, 31 iv's in atk and spdef, spak as high as possible,
pineco- relaxed, 32 iv in hp, def and spdef low as possible
and a chansey calm, 31 iv in hp and spdef and a decent spatk
I have Legends to trade for them and some events
 
id like the S! cranidos and S! Gligar!

gligar and chickorita are males, gligar is 7(or 8, i can't remeber), chickorita is 1.
