Focus on just two or three Pokemon evolution lines and see if you have more of the Pokemon in the lines you choose. Your number of Pokemon is good - don't go any higher in the total number, but you just lack a focus on two or three evolution lines that can make your deck run more smoothly every time you play it. Probably pick your favorites and then try building it from there. I would suggest using a card like Roseanne's Research, which was a staple in tournament decks until its set got rotated out, so that you can have fewer energy in your deck and more room for supporters and trainers. Ideally, you'd want to run 4 of them.
