Ive been collecting cards ever since the Base Set, but i've never really gotten into creating a deck and battling, so here's my first built deck, im pretty sure its tournament legal.

    1 x Mewtwo LvX - DP28
    1 x Mewtwo - 9/100
    1 x Lugia - HGSS 02
    1 x Giratina 4/146
    1 x Regigigas 4/17
    1 x Milotic C - 35/147
    1 x Drifblim FB - 3/147

    2 x Wartortle - 42/95
    1 x Wartortle - 65/127
    2 x Squirtle - 63/95
    1 x Magikarp - 72/123
    3 x Magikarp - 110/147
    1 x Gyarados - 4/123
    2 x Roserade C - 40/147
    2 X Spiritomb C - 84/147

    2 x SUPPORTER - Roseanne's Research
    2 x TRAINER - Potion
    9 x Psychic Energy
    15 x Water Energy

I dont really have a strategy atm, I guess its just do some major damage with my Basic Legendaries and my Basic C/FB pokemon before they have time to attack.
So yes and help would be great!

AND - Ive been looking at some World Championship decks, and most of them only have like 3 of each energy? How to the battle with that? Ive looked at their trainer cards and they dont really help them in terms of that, and their pokemon dont either :S

OH AND - First post. Hello :)

You have too many different Pokemon families and not nearly enough Supporters/Trainers/Stadiums, for starters. Not very space efficient. Cards like Pokemon Communication and Pokemon Collector are fairly effective in any deck, since they pull Pokemon from your deck for you. Interviewer's Questions helps draw up energy, but it's not guaranteed to succeed.

Secondly, those World Championship decks (which are not play legal cards because they're just there to help you decide whether a card fits in your deck or not and have a unique card design) are able to get away with so little energy because of cards like Roseanne's Research and Cyrus's Conspiracy (which works best in Pokemon SP-centered decks).

Thirdly, Roseanne's Research isn't tournament legal anymore. Only Majestic Dawn and all sets printed after it are tournament legal now, as are any cards that were reprinted in those sets, such as Bebe's Search.

Fourthly, I think you should decide whether you want to run an SP deck or an Evolution deck, or even a LEGEND deck.

Lastly, you can cut back on the energy levels of your deck to about 7-8 energy for each type apiece.

That's what I've got off the top of my head for criticisms and suggestions.

    Thanks for the help.
I just got an Undaunted Nightfall deck today, and ive added an Umbreon and Scizor primes to it, and some more cards I got from a booster box. Ive also got some Tyranitars/Pupitars/Larvitars coming to add to it and i'll take your advice into consideration when putting the finishing touches on it. :)

Did you not read the first line of my first paragraph? You have WAY TOO MANY Pokemon evolution lines in there. You need to cut out some of them.

Also, pyramid evolution lines (like 4-2-1, or 3-2-1 of Basic-Stage 1-Stage 2) don't really work so well in the current Modified game. You'd be better off replacing one of the Stage 1's with a Stage 2 if your going to be running an evolution deck, but only if you also manage to acquire 4 Rare Candy (which is currently being printed and can be found in some booster packs of HGSS: Unleashed).
