For the legends, i keep soft resetting till i get a flawless or an acceptable shiny. and the iv breds, i'm just breeding till i get one. i get good ivs from the parents.How do you get your great flawless shinies, RNG? (just checking)

I'm just curious. Which game did you get this Flawless Shiny Timid Latias from? How did you get it? Or...did you trade for it? If so what is the OT/ID?
i got Latias from Levant. It's caught in Hoenn, so it's either from Emerald or from Ruby/Sapphire.
