*tries* ok well with the Purify chamber you have 9 sets. set up a set so it has a four pokemon weak agenst each other. these pokemon must be placed in a clockwise order in order for the tempo to rise. Afterwords select the shodow pokemon you want to put in the chamber. Set the shadow pokemon so it is faceing the pokemon that is weak agenst its type.

and ive found it a little simpler to try and start with a multiple type. but it also woks if you put 4 of the same type into a set(4 normals for example will give you max tempo.
or is that waht confuses you the difference between tempo and flow?

The flow goes up for everyonr supereffective against each other. If a pokemon is 2 types and the next pokemon has 2 types that beat the first two types, the flow will go up by two. The flow and tempo are how your pokemon shadow bar go down faster.

Here it is short and sweet: You put one pokemon in the middle. Then you try putting a pokemon on the outside until a very light blue line connects the two. The, connect the one you have just placed with another until you have another light blue line. Keep doing this until you have 5 pokemon and 5 light blue lines.
