Question About 4 Episodes Of Pokemon

The Legend Of Dratini and Electric Soldier Porygon. It says that 4Kids have dubbed these episodes in english. Is there a place to get a torrent for the english episodes?

The Ice Cave! and Shaking Island Battle! Barboach VS Whiscash!!. I was wondering where I coiuld d/led (torrent) these two episodes w/ subs?

i would not watch the electric soldier pokemon episode have you read the report on serebii.net it says 800 kids were got epileptic seizures

You might be able to find them on ShareWare programs, but probably not on average Pokemon sites. Its true that Electric Soldier Porygon was dubbed, and you can find clips of it.
It sent hundreds of children into seizers in Japan, this is true. It happened towards the end when Pikachu thunderbolted and the screen flashed.
However, on the computer, and a small Real Player screen it doesn't have the same effect.

I watched it and it didn't bother me at all.
I forgot where I found the clip, but If I ever re-find the site I'll PM you the link.

As for the other episodes... I've seen a Fandub of the Safari episode, but thats about it... ><;;

"The legend of Dratini" and "Electric Soldier Porygon" where never dubbed by 4Kids to English. I think you're confusing it with Beauty and the Beach.
"Shaking Island Battle! Barboach VS Whiscash!!" has never aired even in Japan.
