Question about Calm Mind

Hey guys! Quick question.

The description for the effect of Calm Mind states:

Raises user's Special Attack and Special Defense by one stage.

Now my question is, how much exactly is "one stage?" Does anyone have numbers in terms of stats? Would be great. Or maybe a link to a site with numbers that describe the increase in stats when certain moves are used. Thanks a lot!

Yea, so basically, 50% of the original stat each time it is used.
