Yes. And they wouldn't be noticed at lower levels. Also, there are items that increase the amount of EV's you get. Macho Brace, Pokerus (Not an item). And the power items. And furthermore, the amount of ev's in total are 255. But most people just go for 252. And Ev's are divided by 4. 252 divided by 4 is 63. So you would get that amount.

Well yes it does. I wasnt sure if you would still get the EVs if u cheated with Wild modifier..
