Play Discussions: Question about Pokemon R.O.W.E

Hi so I started playing Pokemon R.O.W.E the other day and I was wondering if anyone knows where to find Gastly or Haunter? It's the one pokemon that im sure about for my team yet I can't find any encounter lists online.

According to the documentation I have, it should be on Mt. Pyre, floors 2 and up.
