Question about Ralts Dance style.

    It appears that the Ralts in Ralts Dance theme is from Suta-Raito.com.

    https://www.suta-raito.com/images/newpoke1.gif (That's the URL of the image).

    Her rules clearly state
    "#1: You can use these on your website, but you have to put "Image(s) by suta-raito.com".
    #4: If you use my images to make somebody else a layout of any sort, you still are required to put "Images by suta-raito.com" in a visible place. ^^;"

    I could not see "Image by Suta-Raito.com" anywhere on the picture. Did I overlook it, or did the person who made it forget to give her credit?
     
    neither.. we have permission from her to use it.
