    You gave out a lot of rep then and you can't do it for another 24 hours.
    2. How much Rep. till it gets to another box?
    It for every 100 points when it begins.

    You can't give rep to the same member twice or maybe there's something wrong on your side i give rep fine.

    You start of with 10 rep then after 100 you'll get the next block.Check out the REP Faq for more detail.

    I can't help you with the last one Pm an Admin or a high staff member and they should help.

    P.S. your sig is way way way over the limit. please edit it.
