So, I thought I could just place flag 0x1201 in any of the starter pokeballs, but that completely glitches the game and adds really weird scripts.

Is there any way to put certain flags on starters?

Such as 1201 on Bulb, 1202 on Squirtle, etc

I want to use this to create give Pokémon scripts that would check if certain starters were chosen and not give the selected starter to the player.

this is the script i made for my hack...it should help u somehow

    Spoiler:

P.s. also you shouldnt use that flag...use flags 200-2ff that havent been used or any flag whose script u have deleted it from. I just delete any item scripts and use their flag, like in Mt. Moon and Berry Forest or Cerulean Cave, there's lots of items there to delete and free up flags.

if you need any further help, I'd be glad to help if I can
