Question: Question I have to ask of you.

That hangout is for everyone, you don't have to be a newbie in order to chat with them.
 
Yeah, don't worry, you're not the first person to ask that.

The way we have it now is somewhat ambiguous, but I'm working on redoing what that thread will accomplish in my spare time - what with certain other stickies around the community better serving some of the old purposes the New User's Hangout once did. :] But yes, new members and old members alike are perfectly welcomed and encouraged to post there!
