    Is it illegal to create own pokemon game? because i and my friend making an custom pokemon game (own made maps and some own made pokemons) its gonna be online and we still not sure if its illegal or not, if it is illegal we will stopp with the game and if not we needs more members to help x3

    He's talking about an MMO, not a Rom hack.
    It's perfectly fine if you don't sell it.

    But if your using some tiles from the original pokemon games... well give nintendo credit, just to be safe :D :)
