Hm, I've seen the Freezpool on someone's signature, and I think it was a banner for a fan game/hack.

I'd wager that if it was, we'd know about it. There are next to zero completed fangames (ones that include fakemon, at least), plus these are Sugi arts, not sprites-- if this was to be made into a fangame, then someone would have to sprite or pixel over all of these fakemon. o_o Plus there's the whole, y'know, game aspect to it.

...I think it's safe to say that it hasn't happened yet, although those fakemon have some wonderful designs and I'd like to see them in a game.

I think some of them are being used by MegaMaccer's hack, Pokémon Torzach...
I don't think there would be anything wrong with using them too (if that's what you're thinking), as long as you get permission.

Thankyou for that Wichu. Yes, he's right, these are being used in my hack, Pokemon Torzach, and I do have permission for them ^^
As for others using them, I'm not sure you could get permission, as Aminako (the artist) says only I can use them.... Sorry! ^^
You could always just keep an eye out on my hack, we'll have a beta out soon, and it will be featuring all of these Fakemon (Well, the whole hack will, not the Beta ^^)
