how do you get a snorlax to have selfdestruct
i can't figure it out

You can't. Snorlax doesn't learn Selfdestruct.

Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness Selfdestruct Move Tutor

There are only three Pokemon can learn This but NOT Explosion:

Snorlax
Mewtwo
Wailord

Other XD Only Move Tutors are Nightmare and Sky Attack

Psypoke is the ONLY site that lists what Pokemon can learn these moves in XD. Serebii, Smogon, ect, DO NOT have a list for them.

FR/LG/E/XD Move Tutor Moves cannot be passed through Breeding.

I'm not sure about DP's Meteoric Swarm Move tutor Move, though.
