Question regarding Pokemon Gameboy games

I recently came across 10 Pokemon games for GB and GBA at a garage sale for $10. I noticed some cartridges have a -1 at the end of the part number. Is there any significance of the -1 vs no -# in terms of the game and value? For example DMG-APSE-USA-1.

I did some searching, and it appears that the -1 are variants where something minor has been changed - in the case of Yellow version, DMG-APSE-USA-1 has the ESRB logo color changed on the cartridge. Probably nothing too significant!
