I guessed it was censored.. Most people who reads pokemon manga are kids.. So... they won't want to "dirty" the kids "pure" mind..

not sure but cy the company that translates it also translate coro coro pkmn manga'
and it has alot of "dirty" jokes so probely not edit. and this is not VIZ which is the only company that edits nowadays.
