    Hello Yugimonboi7133, and welcome to the forums!
    There are several means to do that, depending on which ROM you want and which emulator is required. But I am no specialist. You can ask in the Fan Games section, where you will get more attention!
    Have you also tried some fan games (The ones who can be played directly on the computer) ?
