    How do I get my computer to read Japanese text on Internet Explorer? I know there is a way, but how do I do it? Do I need some program? Where can I get it if I do?
     
    You have to download a language pack from microsoft's site.
    My PC won't show it, But Newer XP's Show Japanese.
