Why was I able to teach my Rhydon Surf? i find it weird considering he is WEAK against water types lol, any answers? I caught him in the game

You always could teach it Surf. It's just like Aggron, who can also learn Surf.
In reality I suppose they can carry you across the seas?

ohhhhhhh lol, well i have played EVERY pokemon game, but i guess i never tried to teach it surf lol

Nidoking and Nidoqueen can learn it, too...and Tyranitar, and Rampardos, and Garchomp. :P It is kinda weird, but whatever.

And of course, Starly and its evolutions can't use Cut, when they have BEAKS AND CLAWS!
That's usual.... Pidgey's evo chain has never learnt the ability to cut either. Same with Swellow. Actually, I cant think of a flying type with Cut right now...

Gligar I know can learn it, and believe Tropius can, as well. I remember because Tropius was a kickass HM Slave in RSE, he and Tentacruel could learn all 8 HMs in multiple ways. :)
