3rd Gen Questions about emerald..

Hey, Can someone give me the link for all the new things that are in emerald? Or just tell me? >.< I really want to know and i also have a few questions..

1) Can you get latios and latias in a different way?
2) You can get kyogre groudon and rayquaza, right?
3) What else is different???

I really want to know the changes as i don't really know right now.. Please dont lock this if its in the wrong place.. ty:cross-eye

To answer your questions.
1. Yes, you do. You have to pick which one you want after beating the Elite 4.
2. Yes, you can get all three, and you can get Rayquaza before or after beating the Elite 4.
3. Check the Emerald FAQ in the R/S/E (GBA) forum. It gives a very detailed explanation of the new features in Emerald.
