4th Gen Questions about GTS

    I've looked everywhere and they all say the same thing that you cant trade pokemon over GTS unless you've seen them .which personnally i think its a massive flaw in the game.

    But anyway, how come so many people select shaymin, darkrai etc as pokemon they wish to receive? How can so many trainers ask for these pokemon unless they've seen them. Is there a way to add these rare pokemon to your pokedex so you can later trade them on GTS?

    I guess either people cheat, or they just want another one (after all those Pokemon came out as events over wifi, etc across countries so they're not that rare anymore). And unfortunately there is no way to see them without getting them, as even battling over wifi against someone with them doesn't count iirc. But at least that's what the trade forum is for?
