where do i go about making a trade shop?

would Helping with someone's trade shop in return for pokemon be breaking any of the rules?

where would be the best place for a chat room?

First question, you can make a trade shop in the designated section within Trade Corner.

Second question I don't know much about, but I advise contacting Keiran or Omicron (Trade Corner mods) if you're unsure. They won't bite you I promise.
