the reason no-opne is answering you is :

1. the pokemon hack question needs to be asked in the pokemon hack forum
2. the pokemon comic question needs to be asked in the pokemon cominc forum
3. the pokemon emerald question has already been asked in the emerald forum
4. go to the trainer card forum and ask them, there is a specific thread just for requests

cranium don't be so nasty. DarkPegasus is only new, so you should help him. In answer to your questions:

1) Do try the ROMs/Emulation/Hacks board, as they specialise in those types of things
2) I believe members have made their own manga, whether they've published it is another matter. Try the manga forum for further details
3) Emerald should be coming out in Early 2005
4) Go to the Trainer Card forum and post in one of the request threads
