    #1.How do you change the condition of a pokemon in ruby/sapphire?

    #2. Can you use gameshark to gain access into mirage island?

    my sweet latias is trying to use secret power in the smart contest. when it uses this move, it fails because my latias has bad condition. don't know what that means, but in gold/silver - you could go to the barbers and get a hair cut for your pokemon and they would get happy and like you more. I think it is like that.
     
    Oh, I see. Why dont you shark berries that are 99 lvl, that way, it'll be full, in good condition. (I believe)
