if i have a tc template, can i put a b/g in that is a picture? ie. not a single colour b/g

Sorry, but threads made here are supposed to be showcasing T-Cards. Otherwise If you wish to ask any questions or perhaps have a discussion, you'd refer to the 'T-Card Lounge'. You can't miss it, it's a stickied thread on top on the Trainer Cards forum.

Or you could try PMing someone your question and hopefully you get an answer. Preferably one who you know is a T-Card maker. Whichever you prefer. ;)
