4th Gen Quick Lv. 100 Training?

Thanks! I like the Daycare idea because i have pokemon that i really don't care what moves they have because i have tons of heart scales!=3 The only thing is I don't know where the move tutor guy is!
Any help there?
 
The move tutor that requires heart scales is in Pastoria City

All of my Lv. 100 Pokés comes from the Weak 5, they give a lot of Exp, and with Exp Share they'll give even more :)
If you need them to WiFi Battles, you can make them just temporary jump to lv. 100.
