Quick Power Question...

Hi ppl. me again.

I have a question. OK, lets say Heatran uses Heat Wave in a double battle. Heat Wave's base power is 100. So If Heat Wave hits both opponents, does the base power get split into 50 base for each opponent? Or does both opponents get 100 damage?

And what about EQ?

I think that for all hit-both-guys moces, each opponent takes 75% damage, but I'm not 100% sure.

And what about EQ? No, its different with moves like EQ, Explosion, and such. Moves that affect more than 2 Pokemon have their base power remain the same.
