    not gonna post a link, but look in Pokemon General

    I received an infraction of 3 points for posting said thread. The reason was SPAM/Off topic posting. Upon reading the rules, I noticed the SPAM was actually called Constant SPAM, and I know for a fact I only posted this once, which cuts the Constant part out. I also don't see how it is Off topic posting, considering it was posted in Pokemon General, which isn't specific to a certain game. So what was the real reason? Not trying to argue, just wanna know why.

    Rather than posting a thread in CQ&F, you might want to ask the moderator who infracted you, through PM. They'll be able to answer your question best.

    Haha, no bro. I think you misunderstood the personal message.

    There's a thread, that was linked in the infraction you received, that is all about the infraction system. You can find it here. It explains everything your personal message couldn't with the exception of one thing, what you did wrong... if the original message wasn't enough. If you don't know what you did wrong, asking in a forum such as this is not the way to go about finding out how. The part that said to post your questions in this forum was regarding the rules, as you can see below.

    "A complete set of rules can be found in this thread, be sure to read and review them until you're clear on their meaning. If you have any questions, you're more than welcome to ask them in the Community Questions & Feedback forum."

    That's part of the automatic personal message sent to anyone who receives an infraction or warning. The only thing the moderator directly tells you is after "The staff member who issued the infraction (or warning) has included the following message:"

    Just wanted to help you better understand what that personal message was telling you to do...
