Question: Quick question, profile picture + more

Howcome on this persons profile they have a larger image than it says, and is possible, to have on mine? Is it some sort of privilage for mods..?

And while I'm asking. You may have noticed I use a colour for my text, is there a faster way to get all my posts/vms to be this colour than typing the entire code?

Community supporters and members of staff have different permissions than regular members, allowing them to use larger images for their profile pictures.

Find Default Text Formatting Settings
Edit the settings to your liking.
Save

I believe that only works for posts, however.
