    does the level of your pokemon effect ho w good it is in a lv. 100 wifi battle? I probably should know this by now...
     
    Nope, EVs are taken into account but previous level isnt.
     
    which is one of the best things about D/P.. you dont have to train them till level 100 and can put more time in training other talented pokemon.
     
    OH no way, so after i ev train i can just battle lv.100 =O
