4th Gen Quick Question?

For most of the game, I was allowed to switch Pokemon before the trainer sent out its next Pokemon (_____ is about to use _____, would you like to switch Pokemon?). Now (at Pryce's gym) I am not able to switch Pokemon, the trainers just send out their next one immediately. Is there a reason why, or is there some sort of setting?

And as GSCyndaquil19 said, go to Options and select "Shift" instead of "Set" in Battle Style.

Yeah, it's all in the options part. It's not permanently implanted into the game, just probably there for people who want a challenge.
