    Can you trade Pre-Gen 5 Pokemon between Gen 5 before beating the elite four? What about trading eggs at all?
     
    Yes I used Pokeshifter to get them over to my White then transfered them to my Black pre-post game. And I haven't traded eggs yet but I believe it still applies as long as you have to hatched pokemon in your party.
     
    Yeah, 'cause this has been answered, gunna lock. One thing I'll add though, you can't actually breed for eggs until you get to Nimbasa, so make sure you've passed Nimbasa in order to try.
