All of the Pokémon you transfer from your DS to PBR are just copies, and are not transferable back to the DS. If they were, that would be mass cloning. >.>

The only things you can send from your PBR to your DS are Mystery Gifts, in the form of purchased berries, TMs, hold items, and even Pokémon.
