I have seen this set wreak havoc on teams that use too many status effects.
Correcting my own students is my job. Many more of these students will be appearing here. My men are out to correct nonsensical movesets and other things.

I have used that Celebi set :^) Sub on dugtrio switch in and scare it away, sub seed is underrated on Celebi- but it still has better things to do.
