hi lads i just have a small question on atks like meteor mash were it says ;has a chance of raising atk; ect. how much percent of chance do i have to actualy rais my atk?

Depends on the move, but I believe for Meteor Mash it's 20%. Not a hundred percent sure, so let me check Serebii.

EDIT: I was right. It's 20%.
